You are responsible for all activities conducted through your API keys and must keep your API keys secure. Do not share your API keys with unauthorized parties.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
  • Capture screenshots of websites containing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
  • Engage in unauthorized scraping, data mining, or harvesting of information
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Service
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our API without our express written permission

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Service for violations of these prohibited uses.

6. Fees and Payment

Some features of our Service require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you.

All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified or required by law. You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Screenshotify.io and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You retain all rights to the screenshots generated through our Service, subject to these Terms. However, we may use anonymized data about API usage patterns for improving our Service.

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your company name and logo for marketing purposes, such as including you in our customer list. You may revoke this permission by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SCREENSHOTIFY.IO, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Screenshotify.io and its licensees and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
